Today, at a joint online meeting between representatives of Kazakhstan industrial sites, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia and the heads of special economic zones, the General Director of SEZ "Lipetsk" spoke about the principles of interaction with investors.
Currently, the region offers to investors the most comfortable conditions, which is probably why the best world brands are represented on the sites of the Lipetsk special economic zone. The investor is provided with a comprehensive project support by a personal investment manager, a package of services – by the Managing company, and what is most important – the principle of "one stop shop" administration in the process of dealing with public authorities.
For each interested investor SEZ Lipetsk develops individual detailed roadmaps with fixed deadlines and functional distribution.
"The economic situation in the country and in the world makes it difficult for most potential foreign residents to remotely analyze a particular site for localizing production. A number of projects are under negotiation and preparation for the status of a resident for a long period of time. But we are seeing another positive trend: some companies are planning to expand their existing production facilities and are considering the possibility of building second and even third stages," commented Dmitry Dudarev, General Director of the Lipetsk SEZ.
By the end of the online meeting a number of attendees requested detailed presentation of the Lipetsk region and, in particular, the Lipetsk SEZ. In the nearest future, such presentation with a possibility of a virtual tour will be available for the participants.
