An online conference of the members of the "National Association of Investment and Development Agencies" was joined by special economic zones an so called “advanced development territories/zones” of the Russian Federation.
Most of them presented their work profile, benefits and preferences provided to residents.
In the presentation of the Special Economic Zone "Lipetsk" a special emphasis was made on positioning a resident as the main actor, but not the managing company at all stages of interaction: from the first acquaintance to the enterprise official opening.
And this is not the end of the work. Each resident has the opportunity to address any questions to a specialist assigned to the company’s project.
In the interests of the Lipetsk SEZ tenants, the management company submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in order to request possible improvements in customs regulation of special economic zones.
Some innovations will be studied when working on the Federal Law draft "On Amendments to Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation regulating the application of customs procedure of the Free Customs zone in the Russian Federation", which is currently being prepared to be examined at a meeting of the Russian Federation Government for further submission to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
