The company "ASK", after having obtained the resident status in summer, 2020, completed the design stage and, in accordance with the construction permit, began building and assembly works.
A modern eco-friendly plant for processing animal products and the production of feed flour and animal fats will be built on the Elets site of the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone. Commissioning is planned for the second quarter of 2022.
The volume of feed flour produced by the plant - a highly demanded feed protein supplement, will make 15 K tons per year, animal fat - 3.3 K tons per year. The company shall create more than 100 jobs. The volume of investments amounts to 2 billion rubles.
It should be emphasized that the plant is designed in accordance with the existing ecology legislation, and after commissioning it will be the most technically equipped and environmentally friendly enterprise in this segment of production.
"Currently, in the Lipetsk region there are a number of large agricultural complexes and private farms which hire companies to process and transport animal products to other regions. That is quite expensive. We need a company that processes all types of animal products. In such case, the environmental problem will be solved," said Dmitry Averov, Deputy Head of the Lipetsk Region Administration.
