Roman Petrukhin spoke at the first regional Forum "Employment Service 2.0"

It is expected that two new-format employment centers will appear in Lipetsk and Elets by the end of the year. The region will join the pilot project for modernization of employment centers, where principle of work with both job seekers and employers will change. Employment centers should become modern recruitment agencies.

Roman Petrukhin said that as of today the Lipetsk SEZ as far as human resources is almost 5,000 high-class specialists and represents a huge potential to create new jobs. It seems that during the construction of the plant, which lasts about a year up to three years, to find staff is not a problem. But there is a problem and its solution can be a modern employment center, which will take on the function of selection, if necessary, retraining and further employment.

"Some potential residents with whom I communicate have a certain stop-factor, there are doubts about the possibility to provide the company with hundreds of highly qualified specialists. But when I, as CEO, have a platform like Employment Service 2.0, the doubts will be over. I am sure that both the existing and potential investors will join the project, which will be beneficial for all the participants, but first of all for the job seeker and the employer" - noted in his speech Roman Petrukhin, General Director of SEZ "Lipetsk".

The first steps towards the creation of the centers have already been taken. Agreements with job search sites have been concluded, thus, the bank of vacancies has increased several times, which has already allowed to employ twice as many people. In addition, we have introduced an open collection of employees. In fact it is a casting of specialists by employment centers, to which employers are invited. The work with applicants is also being restructured, questionnaires are administered to identify needs, and those citizens who are truly interested in employment are offered retraining to improve their skills or learn new professions.
