The first Interregional forum "Employer - Employment Driver" opened in Lipetsk, presenting the prospects for the employment service development and the best practices of interaction with employers and citizens. The forum was attended by Elena Mukhtiarova, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the RF, Olga Beloglazova, Vice-Governor of the Lipetsk Region, employment specialists from 14 Russian regions.
For instance, in order to provide competent personnel support for investment projects, the SEZ Lipetsk provides targeted training of specialists in partnership with specialized educational institutions. There is also a joint project of the Employment Center of the region and the special economic zone on personnel recruitment. Road maps have been developed for staff recruitment in accordance with the technical specifications of investors. Thus, at the design stage a SEZ resident is able to form a reserve of 30% of employees, at the stage of construction of the plant - 70%, at the time of launch the staff is 100% complete.
"In order to close vacancies to the maximum extent possible, we use various mechanisms. One of the most effective is so-called open selection: with the help of the employment center we invite potential job seekers to our territory. Companies representatives meet with them and negotiate all the conditions in real time. As a rule, literally the next day there are interviews, after which people get a job, and companies get qualified employees", said Roman Petrukhin, General Director of SEZ "Lipetsk".
