During the visit, Sergey Rybkin met with the management personnel and the Acting General Director of SEZ Lipetsk Gennady Trufanov. The parties discussed issues of interaction in new conditions as nowadays the Voronezh Customs executes actual customs control.
At present time participants of the international business activities of the Lipetsk region submit declarations for commodities to the Electronic Declaration Center of the Central Electronic Customs.
The meeting parties specified mechanisms for organizing customs control in mentioned conditions and stated that the Lipetsk customs post, located on the special economic zone territory, successfully copes with the tasks set and demonstrates a great potential for improvement.
Sergey Rybkin also made a point of the significant achievements in the development of SEZ Lipetsk over the past five years: the number of resident companies increased from 41 in 2015 up to 66 today, and 30 of them conduct customs transactions.
