As part of the program for cooperation between the Lipetsk SEZ and regional educational institutions, third-year students from the Federal and Municipal Department of the Russian Government Financial University visited the special economic zone.
During the site tour, representatives of the Management Company told the students about the Lipetsk SEZ and its development and answered their questions about current job vacancies offered by the tenants, major requirements for job applicants, and international training opportunities.
“The Management Company cooperates extensively with local educational institutions. For now, we have analyzed what tenants offer internship programs for local university and college teachers who will be able afterwards to make changes in the existing curricula to account for the specifics and requirements of modern businesses,” said Irina Zelenenko, Senior Expert of the Investor Relations Department.
Currently, the Lipetsk SEZ hosts 65 companies, with 23 of them already running their business. New plants and factories are staffed mostly by people from Lipetsk and local communities.
