Leading by a significant margine, Lipetsk region is again in the first place in the rating of the business-magazine "Invest-Foresight" in December 2020.
In December the business-magazine digest included 28 publications from the region.
One publication, marked by the editors as "The best investment news of the day”, states that the SME Corporation has provided financial support to the company "IstAgro Don", which is building the first factory in Russia for the industrial production of prebiotic ingredients. SME Bank, a subsidiary bank of the SME Corporation, opened a credit line for the company in the amount of 955 million rubles. The loan is secured by a guarantee of the SME corporation in the amount of 495 million rubles. The processing capacity of the plant will be up to 500 tons of jerusalem artichoke per day, and the annual volume of final products - up to 15 thousand tons.
Experts form the rating based on reports on investment projects launched and implemented in the Russian regions. In 2020, the Lipetsk region headed the Invest Foresight 5 times.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 327 loans for 505 million rubles were received by entrepreneurs of the region on credit from the Lipetsk Fund for Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
In the energy sector, the ROSSETI Group allocated 1.89 billion rubles for the investment program in the Lipetsk Region in 2020.
The region continues to work on the introduction of digital services. In December, Rostelecom provided digital services to the regional residents.
To do this, the company's specialists laid more than 100 kilometers of optical fiber.
