A trilateral agreement has been signed between the Lipetsk region administration, the management company of the special economic zone "Lipetsk" and the company FONDITAL for the development of production and construction of a new foundry. In the near future the company plans to cast sections in aluminum under pressure. A respective agreement was signed at the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM.
The company started production of aluminum and bimetallic radiators and boiler equipment at the first stage of the project implementation (2016-2018).
At the second and third stages of the plant construction, a foundry with one melting furnace and two presses for stamping aluminum and bimetallic radiators will be launched.
To date, such production is set up in Italy.
The design capacity of the SEZ resident "Fondital" is 5 million radiator sections and 30 thousand wall boilers per year. Construction of the foundry will allow to localize the Russian production in the strongest way.
So, in the near future it will be possible to minimize the costs due to the expansion of capacities in Lipetsk.
At the moment 60 people are employed and at least 60 more working places will be created.
