Dmitry Dudarev and heads of the Lipetsk Investment Development Agency Anna Smolyaninova and Elena Sushkova presented the Lipetsk Region as an advanced destination in expert support of investment projects.
"The Lipetsk region is definitely one of the most comfortable ones for the growth of European companies. This is proved by the investors experience and the number of localized companies. Today, in SEZ Lipetsk management company and Regional Investment Development Agency we analyze the most promising sectors for development and cooperation in certain industries. We believe that now is probably the best time for the growth of machine-building enterprises and manufacturers of components", said Dmitry Dudarev in his opening speech.
The region is absolutely adapted to engineering projects localization. One of the world’s largest steel companies – the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant – operates in Lipetsk.
Universities and technical schools train qualified specialists – the main honor of the region. Almost 5,000 skilled jobs created in SEZ make a clear indication that industrial competencies in the region are very high.
The SEZ Lipetsk General Director invited the participants to visit the special economic zone for joint presentation and discussion of potential collaboration.
He also proposed to create a localization committee, making SEZ Lipetsk the leader of the process.
As of today, seven SEZ resident companies are members of the Association of European Businesses.
