Representatives of local administration and the city, heads of universities and colleges discussed with the directors of industrial sites and business community the actual problem of attracting qualified specialists.
The meeting was started by the director of the MBU "Technopark-Lipetsk" Andrey Ryaskov, who noted that the personnel issue is relevant for both students and employers.
"I hope that together we will develop a mechanism of interaction, allowing us to prepare specialists for interesting and well-paid work", said Dmitry Dudarev, General Director of the Lipetsk special economic zone.
Alexander Babanov, the regional business ombudsman, proposed to create a "Career Fair" project at premises of the Lipetsk State Technical University. Provided that, students will have the opportunity to post data on their studies, and companies will be able to offer practical training or select staff for employment. The idea of developing a single digital platform with a portfolio of talented students was also supported by the head of the Investment and Innovation Department of the region, Eugenia Loktionova.
